Wow! My second day cycling to work produces my highest ever #actifit step count. I am very surprised that I passed my all time record but there it is!
On my ride home I took the long route through the countryside. This took me over an old concrete bridge over a culvert. Originally there would have been a railing on each side but this has long since rusted away. It is interesting how Old Father Time works, slowly changing everything right under our noses.
I think maybe this was part of an old farm track before the town expansion. Now just a network of footpaths in the woods.
The footpath gets narrow here and difficult to ride but I love this sort of mountain biking.
The weather today was fantastic, but only short lived as back to unsettled weather tomorrow. 馃槙
