Que bueno tener la oportunidad del reencuentro en esta acogedora comunidad de Diyhub.

Les cuento que me he propuesto una pequeña serie de trabajos con relación a la decoración de botellas, pues cada vez más estás me sugieren nuevas soluciones.

En estos post, trataré de mantener el espíritu ecológico y de reciclado de mis creaciones artesanales. Para integrar recursos que están dl alcance de todos y que aportan expresividad a las piezas.

En esta ocasión he puesto mi mirada sobre dos nuevos recursos naturales: la corteza del árbol del Eucalipto, y las pencas de una pequeña palmera que hace unos años un colega artista me regaló. Y que es muy cotizada en el mercado de ese tipo de plantas. La madre de esta pequeña planta a fu vez se la dieron como parte de un premio en Villa Clara.

Los elementos utilizados en la elaboración de este proyecto de decoración son:

Botella de cristal.
Corteza De Eucalipto.
Pegamento casero a base dé. Polis, puma y gasolina.
Pinceles para pintura al óleo
Pigmentos de color.
Colores de pinturas de aceite
Rama de una palmera
Piedrecitas
Disco pequeño de vinilo.

Esta vez hice una combinación de las puntiagudas hojas de la rama (penca) de una pequeña palmera que hay en mi jardín con la corteza de Eucalipto para lograr abrazando el cuerpo abultado de la botella, crear texturas y sensación de una maceta.

Como el cuerpo de la botella es muy liso, espiando una fina capa de pegamento por su cuerpo, lo que hace que los demás elementos se adhieran más fácilmente. No obstante, cada vez que pego un pedazo de corteza, ato una cuerda o un alambre para mantenerla aprisionada.

Con las hojitas puntiagudas en la parte superior del cuerpo del envase, casi llegando a los hombros, cree el ambiente de altas yerbas como de la familia del macío que crece en los pantanos.

En el borde inferior, sobre un disco pequeño de vinilo o de pasta, que seleccione como base de lo que será la maceta, coloque pegamento, después esparcí un poco de arena fina, ubique unas pequeñas piedras para crear la sensación de orilla.

Ya el resto fue aplicar con pincel los respectivos colores para resaltar texturas y lograr más expresividad en la pieza

I tell you that I have proposed a small series of works related to the decoration of bottles, because more and more they suggest me new solutions.

In these posts, I will try to keep the ecological and recycling spirit of my handmade creations. To integrate resources that are within everyone's reach and that bring expressiveness to the pieces.

This time I have put my gaze on two new natural resources: the bark of the Eucalyptus tree, and the stalks of a small palm tree that a few years ago an artist colleague gave me as a gift. And that is very sought after in the market of this type of plants. The mother of this small plant was given to him as part of a prize in Villa Clara.

The elements used in the elaboration of this decoration project are:

Glass bottle.
Eucalyptus bark.
Homemade glue based on. Polis, puma and gasoline.
Brushes for oil paint.
Color pigments.
Colors of oil paints
Branch of a palm tree
Pebbles
Small vinyl disc.

This time I made a combination of the pointed leaves of the branch (penca) of a small palm tree in my garden with the bark of Eucalyptus to achieve embracing the bulging body of the bottle, to create textures and the sensation of a flowerpot.

Since the body of the bottle is very smooth, I spy a thin layer of glue across its body, which makes the other elements adhere more easily. However, every time I glue a piece of bark, I tie a string or wire to keep it imprisoned.

With the pointed leaves at the top of the body of the container, almost reaching the shoulders, create the ambiance of tall grasses like the mace family that grows in swamps.

On the lower edge, on a small disc of vinyl or paste, which I selected as the base of what will be the pot, I placed glue, then I spread some fine sand, and placed some small stones to create the sensation of the shore.

The rest was to apply with a brush the respective colors to highlight textures and achieve more expressiveness in the piece.
