今天的运动 / Today's workout
Fast pace walking for today. The challenge is, park the car, walk up the hill, snap some photo and walk back to the car park within 1 hour!
今天的运动选择快速步行。挑战是用一个小时里面的时间从停车场开始走上山，在山顶拍完照片走下山再回到停车场。
感想 / Feeling
Feeling good, except the fact that I've been consuming too much of meat lately. I felt my knee sore, probably due to high in uric acid. It's quite warm even in the morning, I got myself sweat like a pig walking half way up the hill.
整体来说感觉不错，除了膝盖有些疼。可能最近吃肉太多搞到尿酸高引致。虽说是早晨，可是天气不是一般的热。我上了半山已经满头大汗了。
