Hello my fellow Steemit friends. Today I would like to share with you after gotten my voting weight control bar for several weeks, what do I learn and how do I benefit from it. Hopefully with this sharing, I'll be able to assist you on your way up. Those who are not far from getting it, I wish you get here quicker than later.

I have learned not to self upvote for many months ago, inspired by 
Partial votes
As I grow, I noticed my voting power has been consistently drained. I also noticed I can send 2cents vote sometimes when I stopped for a few days with no votes. And I noticed, there's a voting power control bar in https://steemnow.com/@username . I can scroll the power bar to simulate at what percentage I can vote how much value out. Now, all I gotta do is, setup Steemauto, put every person whom I choose to follow into the Fan Base list, set my timing to 30 minutes delay and the bot will use my ID to upvote those people I've been following, at certain percentage of weight so I can atleast give 1cent out.

You see, we've been taught to upvote other people so other people will understand we appreciate them. So now you know, if you seen someone upvote your comment, all you gotta do is do a return favor gesture to the person whom upvoted you.
Self upvote comment?!
With this case, an example how can I return favor to my follower, is to upvote the comment they've upvoted for me, so the person whom upvoted me earlier will get a piece of the curation reward. Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking you to follow exactly what I did. I'm sharing this simply because I think it's a good idea, besides I'm usually voting between 10~20% on comments.
Upvote others, to empower myself
This goes back to point no#1, why do I stopped self upvoting. The reason is, Steemit had made this a very good eco system. Even if you're too hungry, you wouldn't eat yourself. I have calculated, with 100% voting weight, a day I can only upvote 10 times. I'll have to create many more content and start upvoting them. I learned to crazily upvoting for other people, and figured instead of 100% vote to put 3cents in my own pocket, I can actually do 17% upvote for many more 1cent given to other people.
