Our culture are so similar, except we usually only accept one type of banana fritters, which is the one that is rippen enough, first with lightly salted and fluffy batter, deep fried to absolute falling apart crunch, so the damn banan melts the moment it goes into the mouth 🤪 I guess we only have 1 recipe and 1 standard here in Malaysia.
