Sunday is usually the busiest day of the week for me, whilst everyone is enjoying their day off, I'm supposed to sweep, mob and clean the house. Kids is going to Sunday school at the Catholic church, and I will have to fetch from for lunch, before going back and continue clearing the house if I haven't finish.

One of the most beautiful thing eating out being, not require to do the dish. Today is no exception ,we crash into Union Artisan Coffee at Kepong, very near to the church. The coffee shop strategically located at the forwarding company and factory area. On a Sunday, which means there will be plenty of parking space!

We got the kids a share glass of Choco Hippo. God knows how they came up with that name, but the lightly mint chocolate blended drink does bring a huge smile on my face. Take note the whipped cream is chargeable. If you're on a diet, don't you order with cream and chuck it away. Might as well save up 2 bucks for that pot of cream.

I got myself a dalgona coffee blended. I think I got myself confused with Starbucks, as I remember Starbucks once promoting their dalgona coffee couple of months back, and I kinda liked the dalgona candy being crushed into the coffee. To my disappointment, there's too little dalgona candy and the coffee not strong enough to cover it's creamer taste. I'd say, fail.

Kid had some snack from their Sunday school already, so they're not too hungry for lunch. I got them a plate of banana cake topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup. The cake being heated up, topped with a scope of vanilla ice cream, let it melt through the cake. It's marvelous.

As much as I would like to pretend nothing wrong with my health, and the dalgona candy coffee is sinful enough since I'm supposed to off sugar, so I decided to order a plate of breakfast salad. Vege is fresh, but I don't get it why they put sunny side into my salad. Also, sour dough seems to be the biggest hit in my country. No matter what kind of restaurant, they serve sour dough with a chunk of butter spread on it. I heard it's good for health, but I'm not too sure with the butter spread will do any good. And it's hard to bite.

Overall, the lunch set me back 58.60. It's not exactly cheap, but considering a nice and cozy restaurant, and the kids are enjoying it, it's really not that big of a deal to pay a little extra to enjoy a peaceful Sunday afternoon at Union Artisan Coffee.
