I'm not a Thai food person as my spicy tolerance level is kinda low. It's not exactly I don't like spicy, but if I had to, I will prepare gallons of water standing by to put out fire.
Today I'm gonna introduce you Para Thai at Chitta Mall. Initially, I have no idea about this place. My client Nora is a Muslim, she recommended to meet at this place, so I finally had a chance to try some halal good food. Since it was a good experience previously, so I decided to bring the family on a splurge Thai food experience.
The pandan chicken is nice, soft, juicy and it was baked in wrapped pandan leaf. Soon as you take a bite, you'll roll down manly tear. How on earth can they do such magic. The charcoal smell from the leaf, infuse the fragrant of pandan into the meat.
Sorry am a little too happy, need to jump the description a little. Not only the pandan chicken nice, my favourite is actually the stir fried broccoli. It so sweet as if they have put sugar into it. Follow by pineapple fried rice with cashew nut. If you have not try this before, you're missing a huge portion of your life.
I haven't got a chance to try the fry egg previously, this time around I decided to order a plate of omelette and this is what we got. The portion is super huge and crunchy.
Follow by fried squid and fried dumpling. I know I know, where are the tomyam and all good food? As I mentioned previously, I'm in the situation where my family can't really eat spicy. So, this type of simple fried fish makes perfect sense
Before I realize how much I enjoy the food, and the dessert is served. If you ask me to order this again, I'll have hard time trying to pronounce it.
Will I recommend this place? Definitely yes. But don't expect to pay cheap as they literally price tag their food at premium.
