My favorite information facilitator for any financial trading related knowledge is at investopedia. If you wish to view video courses, tons of free stuff in YouTube. Also, my best trading automation reference is metaquotes as I've been coding trading bots since 2004 with Meta Trader 3.
There is no best place to learn trading anywhere around the world. There are few good information facilitators, but you could still fail because ultimately trading profitably greatly depending on emotion stability, discipline and sometimes a relationship with the insider.
One last thing, I don't wanna pay a single cent on any of those tutorial service anymore. I had previously paid enough to learn crap from those "professionals" that can't even show me their track record. An old saying goes, "Those who can't trade, teach. Those who can't teach, teach gym". I find that free YouTube tutorial are much real and down to earth to learn with.
