These clouds have no water, but coming after them are the dark clouds, with enough moister to flood a street with a clogged drain hole.
I am glad that they opened up all the drain holes last January. If you remember one of my blogs back then there was a lot of flooding as the drain holes where clogged and the water on the streets, actually covered all of the street in some sections of the city. Like the street looked like a little river.
So here comes the rain again, but the drains were opened up last January and we did not see the street that look like rivers again. I even bought myself some high rubber boots, so if the street that leads to my brothers house is like a river I can go over there and open up the clogged drains on those streets. Yes, it was that bad.
Drains usually get clogged during the fall, when all the leaves fall. Well, all the leaves on the tree, have fallen and that is good, there are even new little leaves coming out that we won't have to worry about till next fall.
Of course during the flooding, do people remember where the drain holes are? One time on my own street there was flooding and I wanted to open up the drain, but with all the water there, how would I find that drain hole, to open it up?
I thought about it and remembered that I can look at Google pictures of my own street. So I just looked up my own address and panned out. That is how I found the drain hole covered with dark water. So looking at drain holes and doing screen shots of the streets with the drain hole will help one to find these holes when they are covered with water.
Last January it was so bad that an underpass was full of water, like a swimming pool. At that time I tried to get to the other side of the city but I had to use that underpass, which at the time had caution tapes and even a police car blocking off going into the underpass.
Can you imagine someone not paying attention and accidently driving into that water filled underpass? Maybe that is why they even had a police car there, or there could be some accidental drowning.
So now the white clouds have passed and the dark clouds are over head and I don't have to worry about watering the lawn for awhile.
Let's end with a scripture, as it is written, with Jesus speaking, And in the morning, Foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not the signs of the times? Matthew 16:3.
