Luego de dos semanas de entrenamiento de Front Lever, específicamente Pull Ups de Front Lever, ahora me toca junto a @castillo-sw entrenar resistencia y/o aguante de el mismo ejercicio.
After two weeks of Front Lever training, specifically Front Lever Pull Ups, now it's my turn with @castillo-sw to train endurance and/or stamina of the same exercise.
