En está ocasión les compartiré unos estiramientos y calentamientos que se pueden realizar en las mañanas, antes de entrenar, después o antes de dormir, evitando así lesiones y sacando en mayor provecho a los entrenamientos.
This time I will share with you some stretches and warm-ups that can be done in the morning, before training, after or before going to sleep, thus avoiding injuries and getting the most out of your workouts.
