It almost looks like a hiking road you might say, even though it is not actually a road or anything that has been driven on by any type of vehicle (as far as I know). At this point in the hike, it was definitely on the cool side, and the wind was somewhat strong. Then we encountered a light rain. Glad I brought a jacket, but others in my group decided to travel lightly, without jackets. Their choice. It was only a half day hike anyways.
