The Cranbrook Community Forest is home to a few different lakes and ponds. This one is called Kettle “lake”, arguably more of a large pond than a lake. The hike there only took about a half hour with little elevation gain. Nice n easy it was. Fabulous weather was a bonus for that hike as well. Total time spent was about two hours in the forest. The trailhead is basically within the city limits of Cranbrook, which is so convenient for those that live here. A good reason to move here in the future perhaps..thanks for stopping by.
