Hello steemians. It's another day again. Let's talk about growth.
Do you always think failure is the limit of your abilities? Do you always give up when frustrated? You may have the fixed mindset if you answer yes to the above questions. What is the fixed mindset? It's the mindset a person has when he/she thinks failure is the end of the road for them. People with the fixed mindset think they can't try again after failing. But that's not true. There's always a way even if it seems there's no way. Thinking there's always a way, gives birth to the growth mindset.
What is the growth mindset?
With the growth mindset, you don't give up easily. It's the opposite of the fixed mindset. The growth mindset makes one see failure as an avenue to grow. Even if the person with a growth mindset is knocked down 7times, he will pick himself up 7times to. If he has tried one way and it doesn't work, he will try another way. A person with the growth mindset recognises his abilities, put them into good use and get positive results His strength lies in his mind.
Don't you think it is wise to cultivate the growth mindset today if you haven't?
