Today for my morning walk I started by heading to Maurie Jacobs Park. I decided to take a brief detour into the Valley River Center mall to use a restroom. As I was leaving the mall I thought the dark sky framing the bus stop outside the movie theater area looked pretty cool, so I snapped a photo.
Then I crossed the bridge to the path an the other side of the river and started heading north toward the Fred Meyer grocery store. I was a little later leaving the park than I would have liked, but the upside was that it is easier to appreciate the river when there is more light.
I went to the store and picked up what I needed. Then I crossed the Owosso Bridge to the path that leads me back home.
