This is one of my favorite dishes on the planet and it's found at non other than this go to spot in Kuala Lumpur called 'Yut Kee'. It's a coffee shop that has been operating since 1928 and their pork chops are a must try if you ever visit this place.
I often don't get to order other stuff that I like at the place because whenever I do go, I get tempted by this pork chop on the menu and I'm always torn in between that if I try something else, I'm not gonna have room for them pork chops.
Anyway, these pork chops again I say are amazing! It's battered in an egg mixture and deep fried to perfection. It's then douced in lotsa brown gravy that's thin, not like those southern gravy and served with sides of potato wedges and a pea, corn and carrot trio. Nothing special there but the main star of the dish is the pork chops anyway.
You'll get 2 portions of the pork chops that sure to fill you up. I guess the closest resemblance to this dish would a chicken fried steak but pork instead of beef.
It's super delicious and I'm sure an instant delight for any local or tourist. TRY IT OUT!
