When voice sounded closer.Behold it was the village town crier passing a information to the villagers 'an important meeting at the village square".He would stand at spot to give the information before leaving after beating his gong.he will continued this until he goes around the whole village after done passing the information.
A person is made to attend the meeting in case of a family. Defaulters are made to pay fine to the village secretary.
