Steem For Life

Today, was really something. I had the opportunity for the first time to pay for Doctor Fee and medicine charges using steem.

I and @viverridae just got back from Taiwan. Our holiday or more so our 10 year wedding anniversary Honeymoon getaway was lovely.

I will let @viverridae write about it as soon as she gets on her feet.

Anyway, as soon as we return, @viverridae got caught with fever.

We went to Doctor Nick Aka @papanog, our resident TeamMalaysia General Practitioner. He announces a while back that he accept steem for payment of his services.

When he got to his clinic, @papanog is not on duty and we were cared by his collegue Dr Micheal.

I message him on how do I pay using steem since he is not around, he told me just inform the nurse. Which I did. And Tadaaaaaa. All settled.

Yippee.

Honestly, It is an amazing feeling to be able to pay the clinic using steem. Knowing that I can use my hard earned steem on real-life services especially medical related is so awesome.

Form now on, this will be our family clinic. Anyway, I am truly a satisfied customer today.

Thanks @papanog for accepting steem, this just makes the whole experience being a Steemian so much worthwhile.

Who would ever imagine that the power of steem blockchain has more value than just the use of social media

Hopefully, in the future, here is insurance agency that adopt steem as payment too.

Impossible? With steemit, anything is possible.
