I wanted to send out this article early enough so that I could also meet up with other things. It seems there is a need to know exactly when to switch. I had to be involved in my daily business as I saw an uncalculated favor. We have been having some issues with general electricity. energy has been poorly distributed since the beginning of this year.
Ok, just as I was about to sit down and pull out an article, there was light. I had a bunch of delivery to pull out later in the evening which will also cost both time and energy. Which is most preferred at the moment. I finally sided with working on delivering that laundry order with the available general electricity. If not, I will have to later use the generator; of course this is an expense with PMS closing to N1000 per litre.
Just as I calculated, the moment I was done with that urgent evening delivery, the lights went off. Anyway I have seen some improvement in how there are circulating electricity this month. The matter was worse last month and I guess the complaints over the radio stations and face to face interaction with billers have caused them to step up. Let me not praise much, we are not yet that certain, I pray it even gets better.

You may ask, why not hand over this work to someone else to handle while I focus on this article. The fact is, I have my part to play in this company daily. In short, saying I have a part to play is just an understatement; I have a huge part to play. Few workers, no apprentice currently; you know what this means.
I have been placing adverts on my DM concerning those interested to learn a skill and I guess none is for NOW. It would have been to some advantage to the company; yes, an extra hand. Till then, we will have to push. We have had that workload for the past two weeks and we can't afford to give excuses. Talking of we; I am talking of 70% being me.
I have had to work with contract workers which well, takes some profit away from the company but what can you do; if you fail to deliver the matter gets worse. Till we have a full house, I will have to keep strategizing.

As we speak, I am supposed to be involved in more brainwork concerning the future of this company rather than hand work. There is a lot of research piling up for me. I have had to attend a training session every evening for the past one week NOW. It will be rounding up this week but not actually in research. There is still more to explore. Did you see why I said it is thick? Even my co-partner does not even understand that I am seeing this business beyond state and national walls.
To conclude, let me add, it has been about capacity expansion since I stepped into this year. Nevertheless, I will have to sieve out the hardwood mentality. The solution here is bringing in new hands so I have the needed extra time to explore and TRY out new things that will lead to overall growth.
