I was supposed to post this article yesterday but I slept off and woke up later than I had expected. Ok, Dani, let's leave it till the day break. I can't afford to waste an article, so here is my yesterday's experience which of course can seem contradictory today. Forgone alternatives do come in. Let's assume this was how my day was going to be. Wake up by 5:AM and prepare ahead of 6:30 Morning service. From there I can will join a team of evangelist to move to our recently open branch church to help show activity consistency while we trust God for members to show up.
I won't be heading back to our headquarters again after a 1hr:30 mins service over there. As for me, it is not about how the crowd can be although there is always a need for a meaningful turnover. Nevertheless, the most important thing in a church service is a personal encounter and you are left to set yourself for that to happen. And I can even add that more distraction and competition is likely to take center stage in the midst of the crowd.
That said, it was a well timed plan. I will have a sermon to upload, another one hour meeting to meet up with by 12:PM. Let's consider how I will be able to pull out an article. Will I be able to head into the office and reduce some workload ahead of tomorrow? That can be overlooked although it is important but I will need some rest for the final evening service and you can see how choked up the day can.
You wouldn't want any extra even if it were to be just 30 minutes. So it seemed until I got an invitation from our Reverend that he would love to go with me for a youth program in one of the circuits. To say a NO was difficult and adding to that,it was just when I was dropping from the church bus after the service. I have to give him that respect in front of others who loudly heard his request. Or maybe I should have said, ‘I will get back to you on the phone sir’.

I didn't think that far in the split seconds decision and a yes was the answer. I know he was happy when I went my way. So now I have a target of 3:PM service, when do I meet up with others? I could reach there by dot 3:PM but twenty minutes later I was with him and well, it seems the program had an extended time till 4PM.
To be more precise, this call of duty already did not allow me to meet up with other things so that I will not be living them half way. In the end, since my mind was fixed at 3:PM, I knew my remaining day was already taken. When did I return?, we talked for 4hrs 30 minutes. But the truth of the matter is, that time in God's house was worth it. I got refreshed and revived; something that is very crucial to me in my Christian journey.
In conclusion, how will I make an impact if I am not imparted upon? There is a price for growth and one of it is quality time. There is no cause for request at my end. There may be some job lapses but job is just a secondary thing to be very truthful. I am on a mission to save millions of souls for Christ. You heard me well and I can't let what will perish in time be a barrier; the weeds cannot choke me.
