I got a blast on my table this evening. Ok, I am not talking of a bomb blast as I suggest many of us can relate. I haven't been able to go through news reports concerning the Middle East today. I am getting bored of the entire thing or is it that I got too busy today?
Wednesday is always one of those clock timing days for me; I always have a meeting to meet up with so phasing off everything on time to reach there with a relaxed mind is of utmost importance. It seems in the end, I always have to hurry up in order to meet up.
I will have to work tonight in order to meet up with a delayed service. Yes, the company's reputation is hanging right on my neck and I have this night until more to do justice to that. I got a call from my colleagues when I was attending an evening service so I texted him to drop a message since I couldn't pick up any call at the moment. Guess what, a customer was at our door step requesting for his service.

That short message of Mr. So so so is here and it hits you that that job is still pending. Ok, it is not that I am enjoying writing about this customer disappointment but there is always a need to share experiences. We are humans and wee need to admit and at some point we can have some setbacks like this.
It took me a heightened mindset to keep my focus throughout that Midweek service as that text was something just organized to destabilise me. Personally, I HATE CUSTOMER DISAPPOINTMENT. As an entrepreneur, it is not good for both you and your brand.
Even while I was returning it was still that big concern that I had to move in straight to the office without even changing up just to make sure the remaining part of the job is processed at least so it gets easier to summarize overnight. We are still having the challenge of a limited working force and this is where we are facing some production lapses. I had to overspend today just to meet up with this service, yet even with that, time was still against us concerning this matter.
The entire scenario boils back to poor general electricity circulation. It has been very bad or worse if I should say as concerning last week leaving us with pending jobs to get off at extra expenses.

Anyway, it always sends a clear message that our business and its model of operation has to shift ground from where it is right NOW to the next stage. We have to be able to handle our entire daily energy supply even if general electricity is out.
To conclude let me add, the disappointment has spread wide. A customer left unsatisfied, my co-partner is not happy and neither am I. It always takes just one customer to blow up your brand and you need to be careful of everyone that comes around. Growth in business is about someone telling someone about what you do and well, it can be a good or bad report and trust me you wouldn't want to fall in the latter category.
