Attention! Attention!! Attention!!!, it’s D-Day, I repeat, it's D-Day. So what's actually this assumed D-Day someone is asking. Every last Saturday of the month is environmental sanitation over here and I must add, the government has indeed done very well concerning this. I have seen its impact.
To even add, even when you don't feel like doing it, your neighbor can be an encouragement, he just tidied up his environment and mine is standing out unkept, how irresponsible I am looking NOW; it can be one of those suggestions.
It was one of those things I earlier had in mind, the entire environment wasn't in good shape. During this rainy season, weeds gain so much advantage and grow at ease. Before you know it, they will want to claim the entire compound. I procrastinated this clean and much better, today is last Saturday. I have been planning it out since Thursday on how to go about it.
Actually, my target was to be up early and resume this sanitation duty by 6:AM. Oops! Sorry about that, you will have to start by 8:AM. Let me not bore you with the in-between processes that shifted the timing.
And I also learned something this morning; the Power abd effect of mobilization. I was late but was able to meet up the entire sanitation on time. So what happened? I just stepped outside and discovered someone was already ahead of me in terms of keeping the compound clean. The work progress was slow. Extra three helping hands will do the trick. The first call, the second call and we were altogether four; let the games begin.
The entire sanitation process was more of an exercise to me. It was fun ALL the way. Anyway I felt that later tiredness which is making work in the office seem boring. Right NOW I am looking for forgone alternatives. What can be left for the later or more precisely, Next week.
Yesterday was one way or the other hectic and the good part was that I was able to get a reasonable part of the workload off the table. Today can be more of a delivery day; something I am doing right away.
To conclude, let me add, it was a wonderful work experience today. Everyone just puts their hearts in to make sure the entire clean up is a success. In the end, something yummy was prepared for everyone to revive himself with. Sorry, the distance is too far for you to meet up with the entire refreshment. Maybe next time, I will alert you earlier enough. Do have a wonderful weekend.
