Today was a really rainy and windy day, so I baked some chocolate balls as a kind of consolation.

3 dl oatmeal
1 dl caster sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2-3 tablespoons cocoa
100 g room temperature butter
2 tablespoons cold strong coffee
sprinkles

First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Then knead the butter until you get an even lump of dough and add the coffee.

After that, you roll the dough into balls that you roll in sprinkles. I usually have chopped hazelnuts instead of sprinkles because I think it tastes better, but I had none at home today.
