I took a day off to work today. So I thought I had no exercise to do today, so I couldn't do my exercise post, but I played with my kid for a while, and it turned out that the count has increased dramatically. :)
I think I can get health with my children. The weather has gotten quite cold in our area. Be careful not to catch a cold. :)
