Greetings all you "HiveCats!" And your Hoomans, as well, of course!

So here we are, in a brand new community! What will we make of it?

This will be my first post since the migration from Steemlandia, and what better day for it than our very first "Caturday" here!

Things are looking up!

I'm excited about this new opportunity, and I hope we can build this into something amazing, and make it last for a really long time!

Meanwhile, I just hope a lot of the cat lovers from Steem have found — and are finding — their way over here.

Since this is all new, I'm going to inaugurate the use of the tag #hivecats as a tag to denote actual cats and their owners in the Hive community. Not so much for just random cat photos from the web. Just use #cats for those!
