I was too busy with work in the past week because I was rushing to complete my documentation for a specific project so I was not able to make a post for a while. After a good day of rest, I finally regained the energy that I need to think of new monster characters for my AI artwork series.
There are times in life that a pause is necessary to keep going. Work life can be stressful because of the expectations that you and your boss have for you. There was a short video that I saw in the pas fee days that said the source of stress is when you are unable to cope with the expectations that you and other people have on you. The secret in dealing with stress is to set realistic expectations for yourself no matter what the demand is.
So, no matter how hard life is, you have to make sure that you get enough rest to recover. Have a great week ahead!
