Gone are the days where any fish that is on the dining table I can enjoy to nimble with and eat especially the crunchy fried fish, no matter how bony it is. Sometimes when there are guests in the house I often just take the most bony part because guests in our tradition must get the best portions of the fish or any food. But today I cannot risk eating a bony fish because it will just be a hard thing for me to take a pinned fish bone into my gums or throat because the bump on my face is blocking y vision downward. I also do not want to look inside my mouth for that matter, all are just ruined in there, crooked teeth and raised gums just turns me off.

I just prefer fish fillet that were fried. There is an available frozen fish meat in the supermarket. We can only buy it there because the fresh fish section in the fish market doesn't have that kind of fish meat. I am talking about the "Cream Dory" fish or the "Pangasius" fish. It is a white meat fish that is tender and delicious and I also tried it pickled by just soaking it in vinegar, ginger, onions, garlic, black pepper, chilli pepper, and seasonings, it tastes great! Yes you can eat it raw since the fish has been deep frozen. For me it is perfect for with some rice.

How I wish that I can cook again, now it is completely impossible so I have to contend with my parent's cooking. I can direct them to do the stuff but the next time they do it they just do it their own way again. Like the last time I told my mother to cook a supposedly braised brisket. She was so inclined in cooking a boiled beef that the dish became a watery stew, far from the intended taste of the recipe I am longing for, not to mention the toughness as well. So you see where I'm coming from? I can cook but I can't now but I want to and just left the job to the non-cooks.

My meal plan would be to buy some cream dory and marinade it with some sprite, salt, ginger, onion, and pepper. Then dip the sliced portions to some flour, then to some beaten eggs, and then finally to some seasoned flour and then fried. That will just be the meal plan no.1. The other menu can be to season the fish, fry it and then cook it with some ground black beans, ginger, vinegar, and soy sauce plus with or without some sugar. The third meal plan can be to season the fish and dust it with some flour and then fry with some butter. The pan where the fish was fried into can be used again to make some gravy or white sauce with garlic powder. Now I'm hungry.
