But I first heard about Bitcoin back in 2012 But back then I did not get involved, I had a great career in retail I were the assistant store manager, Having work my way there from the bottom of a small convenience store in the same company and in the middle of 2012 I became store manager For a medium sized supermarket and quickly at 2 other smaller supermarkets under my management so I did not have time to also learn about Bitcoin, But of course it is always when things are going great you get hit by stress so at the middle of 2013 I had to go home on sick leave, And I was lucky in Denmark we have a system with support us when we are sick and help us get back on track but doing my sick leave I Began reading up on economy believing that I should take a new education in economy it was here I read about Bitcoin and thought about how it could transform our economy system so of course I had to get into this new smart coin before too many people began knowing about it, I did not spend money buying Bitcoin I was looking into learning about how it functions so simply set up a wallet and used faucets to gain a little bit of Bitcoin, quickly those bitcoin i got started to Mount up, But prices were steady so it took a little time, getting to something worth talking about, And getting enough Bitcoin buy into mining, took a while, at the time I was looking to buy a machine that could mine for me and this what are taking a long time by only using faucets but this also gave me the time to look at how I could set up mining equipment, as 2013 went on I was learning more and more about Bitcoin but also being forced out into work by our local job centre which meant I was getting so we'll after my period of stress that I needed to find either a job or an education, Since my career wore in retail and have worked my way through retail without education in retail, I thought I needed formal education but I was not too much into working in retail once more, I was looking into all sorts of educations but what I ended up doing I have never seen coming. I found myself looking into nursing because in Denmark we have 37 hour work week and in the private industry you pay for your lunch break but in public service you get paid having your lunch break this is because at any given point in lunch break it can be stop go out work a little if need be and then you can return and finish your break from the point where are you got interrupted. And this gives a difference in work hours of 2½ a week,, And I was actually looking into getting a job where i could spend more time at home looking into making my money online, So instead of taking up a nursing education, I took up an education in Homecare and on top of that I have since gotten a nursing assistant education. And are now studying to be a nurse.
Under education
The year 2014 the month of February I was starting on my education as homecare worker, And even though we in Denmark pay people for taking in education I had by Danish standards no money, So I stepped up my game spending a lot of time online trying to make money off affiliate marketing because I could do it at the time it's suited me, I guess it was one of those pesky ones online trying to get you to by all sorts of unusable items, but I was also doing more and more research into Bitcoin and noticed a company call Genesis mining, And they gave me inspiration to invest into the mining company I was investing into long-term mining contracts on Bitcoin which later have proved to be pretty valuable, I started by using the Bitcoin I have gotten from the different faucets and this bitcoin didn't go very far in procuring contracts so it began to invests the small amount of money I could afford, But as I saw the more I invested the bigger payout I got, And the good thing here was that I could do things when it suited me not when it suited someone else, And I was seeing my contract paying out more more bitcoins at the time there were not that many into mining bitcoins so the reward for each amount of hash power were a lot bigger than this today.
At this time I was also very much swamp by homework from my study so it's suited me will that I could work a little when I was finished with my homework and Of course I tried to still selling on affiliate marketing I need money to fund my investment into Bitcoin mining contracts but the more I got into bitcoin the more i thought that it could be the future of economy so even though it started as a try to get rich it turned me into a believer in blockchain technology for the future, but it also showed me the future was not necessarily Bitcoin, but maybe it will come from the same underlying technology. And when I graduated my education I thought to myself I wanted to get out and use my education so I got a part-time job in Home Care and the rest of the time I spend on getting to know more about bitcoin and the technology behind blockchain. At this point I had a so high amount of Bitcoin that I was starting to look into altcoins, So I begin investing and donating into projects, that could further the development of Bitcoin and blockchain technology but also I started to diversifying my portfolio with some coins we rarely hear about today and I have lost a lot of Bitcoin, but also gained a lot of Bitcoin in this transactions So I have learnt the details of speculating in cryptocurrencies by trial and error.
Keep gaining knowledge
Even though I have several years of experience in cryptocurrencies I still spend a lot of time fine tuning my knowledge gaining new knowledge and looking into new ways of implementing blockchain technology. I find it fascinating that the blockchain technology can be used in different ways and I to support any Project that uses blockchain technology to decentralised power, such projects could be a decentralised blockchain based voting system or a Medical Journal system that create higher security for patients, And of course I use a lot of time educating other people about blockchain technology because, I am a firm Believer that we can create a system that gives power to the people through blockchain technology the problem about this is that the people in power need to surrender the power to the people, This requires a lot of people knowing about blocked in technology so we can lay a pressure on Our governments.
