Ingredients:

馃寛 1/2 cup Masoor dal (pink lentils)
馃寛 4-5 green chilies, chopped
馃寛1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
馃寛 Salt to taste
馃寛1 tomato chopped
馃寛Water
馃寛 2 tablespoons oil
馃寛 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
馃寛 A handful of curry leaves
馃寛3-4 garlic cloves, minced
馃寛1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

Recipe:
馃巼 Soak the Tuar dal and Masoor dal in water for 15 minutes.

馃巼 Transfer the soaked dal to a pressure cooker and add four times the amount of water.
馃巼 Add chopped green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, and chopped tomatoes to the pressure cooker.

馃巼Place the pressure cooker on the gas stove and cook until three whistles blow. Then, remove the cooker from the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.

馃巼 Add curry leaves, minced garlic, and chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
馃巼 Sprinkle red chili powder into the pan and mix well.

馃巼Once done, add this seasoning to the cooked lentils in the pressure cooker.
