Hello Friends,
Previous Sunday, I was a bit confused about what to make for the family lunch. I had mushrooms, broccoli, and peas in the house, so I decided to get creative and combine these three to try something new. I had previously made these ingredients separately, but today I thought, why not combine them and create a stir-fry? Here鈥檚 how to make it:

饾檮饾櫍饾櫆饾櫑饾櫄饾櫃饾櫈饾櫄饾櫍饾櫓饾櫒:

200 g mushrooms

1 broccoli (cut into florets)

1 cup green peas

3 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

8-10 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1/2" ginger (finely chopped)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 medium tomatoes (pureed)

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tsp sesame seeds

饾檵饾櫑饾櫄饾櫏饾櫀饾櫑饾櫀饾櫓饾櫈饾櫎饾櫍:

First, thoroughly wash the mushrooms and broccoli and clean them well.

Stir-Fry Vegetables
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. First, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they soften. Remove and set aside.

Next, add broccoli and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Lastly, add the green peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Prepare Masala:
In the pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Then, add chopped garlic , ginger and saut茅 until light brown.

Add Onion and Tomato Puree:
Add the finely chopped onion and cook until it turns light brown.

Pour in the tomato puree and stir well.

Add Spices:
Mix in salt, chili flakes, and black pepper. Cook this masala until the oil separates and it becomes fragrant.

Combine Vegetables:
Add the stir-fried mushrooms, broccoli, and peas to the masala. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

You can now add black or white sesame seeds to this, as it enhances the flavor.

Your flavorful mushroom, broccoli, and peas stir-fry is ready! Serve hot with bread or steamed rice.

While preparing this dish, I realized it was not only healthy but also quick and tasty. When my family tried it, everyone praised it and loved the recipe. They all suggested making this stir-fry a regular part of our meals.
