This Crystal hot sauce has saved my life. Not directly, but indirectly.
I have been on a very strict diet, for medical reasons, and I couldn't use any type of sauces while on it. I decided to cheat a bit, because it was driving me nuts eating without any sauce. I decided I would go for something something with simple ingredients and and a strong flavor, since I wouldn't be able to use much. This worked perfectly for me because it didn't affect my autoimmune disease.
What a life saver!
