So I'm honestly craving chicken, more specifically Chinese chicken. My boyfriend is a picky eater, so i have to find "family approved" recipes to impress him. Usually recipes that are repeated,or very similar, are usually well rated. So i found the Sweet and sour chicken recipe(see the second recipe and link). It has two things going for it. One, it sounds yummy. Two, it sounds easy. However I(and i'm sure some of my fellow Steemains) don't keep sweet and sour sauce on hand. My grocery money has to go to actual needs, not just wants. So now, my task was to find a sauce recipe to make this dish a hit. Then, BOOM! This scrumptious recipe comes up in my Pinterest search. Like the first recipe, it had yummy and easy written all over it! So now, its just a waiting game as the chicken thaws. I have a bag of stir fry veggies that ill be making along with the chicken. Ill probably add some rice as a filler. So once dinner is done, come back and check out the pictures i will take and show you how it turned out.
