Spring
When the cold, harsh winter has given its last breath,
When the sky above radiates life instead of death,
When the claws reaching to the frozen skies become adorned with leaves,
When the animals - trained in hiding – climb down from trees,
We know winter has ended.
When the frost on grass is replaced with morning dew,
When the fields become full of flowers, reminding me of love,
When the calm silence becomes filled with melodies,
When you feel warm air, washing bad memories away,
We know winter has ended.
