Wet Hopped Copperstarr Galactica by Beards Brewing. This wet hopped IPA has huge floral, citrus and piney hop character that is balanced and refreshing.
Like the name it has such a beautiful copper color with a slight off white head. The bubbles are tightly packaged and slightly rocky.
The aroma is super floral with loads of traditional IPA characteristics. It’s hoppy with a deep dense pine resin aroma. It’s smells really clean and you know you are I for a hoppy experience.
The wet hopped flavor is forward and delicious. It’s hoppy with that pine dank notes. You get loads of bright citrus and it finishes bitter and slightly dry. It’s an excellent example of a clean and crisp IPA.
The mouthfeel is smooth and clean. I’d be able to crush a few of these, but sadly I only bought 2.
