**You must have often heard of fried instant noodles, right? So how about combining instant noodles with sardines today?.**

The idea of creating something new by cooking instant noodles with sardines is something I’ve never done before. I know that canned fish isn’t good for you if you eat it all the time. I have two more cans of this fish, which I got as aid after the recent floods. I hardly ever buy canned fish like this because I don’t like it. Well, it just so happens that my husband likes it, and today he asked me to cook sardines with instant noodles. 1 pack of Indomie noodles 1 small can of sardines 1 clove of red onion 1 clove of garlic 1 stalk of spring onion 1 stalk of celery 3 cayenne peppers

Preparation

**Prepare the sardines, then strain the sardine seasoning and take only the thick sauce. Fry the sardines in hot oil until browned.**

**Boil the noodles first until tender and cooked. I deliberately leave the noodles whole so they look nice when fried.**
