Apart from savouring eels at the Japanese restaurant, not many would have tried having a fresh one, eh? I mean one that is gutted & prepared personally .... then fried to a recipe of your choice!! In the Land below the wind, one can find fresh live eels every week! Imagine that .... a tropical anguillid eel for lunch or dinner!!!
