I've made lots of mistakes in my life but the fact that I've never been invited to a gender reveal party means I've cut the right people out of my life 😎 I stole that from a meme I came across recently

Driving around listening to the radio the other day, Jon Batiste's Cry came on and it immediately brought to mind this first photo. Louisville Urban League CEO Sadiqa Reynolds was speaking to the crowd

This weekend was the last for the Breonna Taylor exhibit at the Speed Art Museum and it was such a lovely Sunday so we had to mosey down and take a look. This isn't the Speed but it is the parking garage

It's entirely too early in the morning for me to be up and abusing a computer but the coffee tastes pretty good, might as well enjoy this foggy morning. I've had a bit of free time recently, been revisiting

Yesterday I got some teeth yanked out and this has not left me with the most charitable of dispositions. Seems chewing ice and dodging the dentist for sixteen years might have been a slight tactical error

Pop quiz time y'all! Get your typing fingers ready and no cheating! Shouldn't be too difficult, there's only one question and it's of the fuzzy sort that have no right or wrong answers. Since I'm not getting

Don't worry, no cats were harmed in the making of this post (although Evander still has some concerns). The title is an expression that was in common usage where I grew up and was used to indicate that

I've had a touch of the writer's block lately so I've been going through some of my older photos instead. Usually if I'm good and blocked it means I'm trying to force something a bit too much and had best

Had me a bit of a run in with Louisville's thin blue line of heros this morning while volunteering downtown. While I managed to avoid directly interacting with them, (I'd had about 3 hours of sleep, as
