On The Road Again! (And A Contest Opportunity)

By the time y'all read this I will be heading down a highway! First time I've been out of the city for more than a night since before covid came calling so you might say I'm a bit excited. Gonna be taking lots of photos so I'll have something new to assail your eyes soon!

Song above is Bob Dylan's Song for Woody which has been one of my favorite road songs since I first heard it. The version above sounds a bit odd to me but that could just be the fact that almost all the times I've heard it were bootleg versions. Who else has a favorite road song or two?

I think it'd be fun to put together a Hive Road Trip playlist for future trips so leave me some suggestions! To make it a little more fun I'll put up 5 HIVE to give out to the suggestion(s) I like the best. I know that's a bit of a subjective criteria but I listen to a wide range of music so all styles of music are welcome (also any language is welcome).

I mentioned a contest opportunity in the title but the music playlist wasn't what I was referring to. The other day @victorbz reminded me of the Hasselblad Masters contest. For those of you not familiar with them, Hasselblad makes some very nice (and expensive) cameras. I won't be able to afford one any time in the foreseeable future but they are giving away a medium format mirrorless camera to the contest winners so there's still hope. Good luck, y'all don't do anything I wouldn't do (or at least take photos if you do) and I will see you soon!
