The failure of leadership is real, the incompetence is real, the old dated nature of the system, the scope of corruption, the scope of cultural bias, and the oligarchical construction of media, politics, and the very nature of society itself.
Less than 25% of the U.S. Congress are women, whereas women are the dominant gender in society. EPIC FAIL. Women should AUTOMATICALLY have equal representation. Our system has failed, scrap it, 650 leaders is not enough. There should be at least 65,000 national leaders to create plurality. Let's do it. Let's use blockchain to do it.
Congress has less than 22% people of color, THAT LEVEL OF DIVERSITY SUCKS. Mandate at least 50% diversity representation at the national level. YOU ARE LETTING THE SYSTEM SCREW YOU AND EXCLUDE YOU. Pay to play means you don't get a seat at the table, that basically means you don't exist, your voice doesn't exist... your children; they don't exist or matter in our cultural political discussions and decision making of our society.
There's not even enough time to discuss the religious, life style and cultural biases built into the system. Your great white leaders are failing the world. Demand better, demand a truly representative society; not based on power or money, based on reality, based on humanity. The current system is warped and inhumane.
