The most characteristic of Ningxia is mutton of course. It is said that Ningxia is the backyard to eat mutton, alliummongolicum grew up, so has a special taste. 宁夏最特色的当然是羊肉。据说宁夏的羊肉是散养，吃沙葱长大的，所以味道特别好。果真这家餐厅的羊肉非常新鲜，没有膻味，烤羊肉串，手扒羊肉，香辣羊肉，碗蒸羔羊肉等，味道都很棒。烤羊肉糯米肠也很特别，外皮脆的，里面软糯。
