Yeah where the heck is level 3 when you need it. I know level 2 sucks I wish I had a portal gun and could blast my way to level 3. I heard you get to visit the grand Wizard of Oz there. That unlock must also come with Aladdin's lamp rubs and then 3 wishes that never ever seem to run out of supply.
