(Eng-Esp) Rolls stuffed with cheese / Enrollados rellenos de queso

My grandchildren visited me for the weekend and I decided to make him a tasty snack, rolls stuffed with cheese, they are crunchy rolls of dough, filled with a lot of cheese, they are ideal for a delicious snack, the children love it.

Mis nietos me visitaron por el fin de semana y decidí hacerle una sabrosa merienda, enrollados rellenos de queso, son unos rollos crujientes de masa, rellenos con mucho queso, son ideales para una rica merienda, a los niños les encanta.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of wheat flour.
• 1 cup of water.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• Cheese sticks.
•Oil.

• 1 taza de harina de trigo.
• 1 taza de agua.
• 1 pizca de sal.
• Bastones de queso.
•Aceite.

First we mix the water with the flour and salt to form a light mixture.

Primero mezclamos el agua con la harina y sal hasta formar una mezcla ligera.

Next, we add a portion in a non-stick pan and make some pancakes.

Seguidamente, agregamos una porción en una sartén antiadherente y hacemos unos panqueques.

Then we put the cheese on one end of the pancake and roll it up.

Luego colocamos en un extremo del panqueque el queso y enrollamos.

Finally we fry the rolled ones in hot oil until golden brown.

Por último freímos los enrollados en aceite caliente hasta dorar.
