Hola queridos amigos de la bella comunidad 
La ropa blanca es un b谩sico necesario en nuestro closet, es un color muy combinable y le atribuye a nuestro outfit frescura. El detalle est谩 en su mantenimiento, pues con el transcurrir del tiempo, va adquiriendo una coloraci贸n amarillenta o gris谩cea.
Mis hijos practican karate desde hace 7 a帽os, una de las exigencias, es ir con el uniforme en perfectas condiciones e impecable. Desde hace 1 a帽o empec茅 con esta t茅cnica que hoy quiero compartirles, me ha funcionado enormemente, he mantenido los uniformes hermosos 隆como nuevos!
Para la t茅cnica de blanqueamiento la divido en los fases :
1) Blanqueamiento a profundidad: La realizo 2 veces al mes. Para ello:
- Remojo la ropa y le coloco jab贸n en barra azul.
- Dejo actuar por 1 hora.
- Aplico agua oxigenada de peluquer铆a de 30 vol煤menes en crema, por toda la superficie de la prenda, dejo actuar por 30 minutos
- A continuaci贸n agrego agua caliente y lo dejo por espacio de 1 hora.
- Por 煤ltimo lavar como de costumbre.
Observar谩s el gran cambio en la tonalidad de tu prenda, queda sorprendentemente en un blanco puro.
2) Fase de Mantenimiento.
Se hace en las lavadas posteriores al blanqueamiento profundo . Para ello:
A la carga de la lavadora agregar 1 taza de vinagre blanco con 2 cucharadas soperas de bicarbonato de Sodio.
Agregar el detergente de costumbre e iniciar el ciclo acostumbrado.
Esta rutina de lavado Mantendr谩 el blanco intacto de tu ropa.
Recomendaciones:
Secar al aire libre, el sol fija el color blanco, el objetivo es que los rayos del sol tengan contacto directo con sus prendas.
Use detergente de calidad.
Aplique este m茅todo de manera frecuente, ver谩s el antes y despu茅s de su ropa.

For the whitening technique I divide it into two phases:
1)In-depth whitening: I perform it 2 times a month. To do it:
- I soak the clothes and put blue bar soap on them.
- I leave it on for 1 hour.
- I apply hydrogen peroxide of 30 volumes in cream, all over the surface of the garment, I let it act for 30 minutes.
- Then I add hot water and leave it for 1 hour.
- Finally, wash as usual.
You will notice the great change in the tone of your garment, it is surprisingly pure white.
2) phase of Maintenance.
It is done in the washes after the deep bleaching . To do it:
- To the washing machine load add 1 cup of white vinegar with 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Add the usual detergent and start the usual cycle.This washing routine will keep the white of your clothes intact.
Recommendations:
Air dry, the sun fixes the white color, the objective is that the sun's rays have direct contact with your garments.
Use quality detergent.
Apply this method frequently, you will see the before and after of your clothes.
