Por acá fue una semana bastante movida, pues, la isla de Margarita forma parte de uno de los sitios turísticos favoritos de Venezuela, y es que sus cristalinas playas, blanca arena y cielo azul la hacen irresistible. Han llegado gran cantidad de turistas, ¡la isla está a reventar!
Afortunadamente, mi emprendimiento de postres ha estado bastante activo. Gracias a Dios, ha sido una semana muy productiva y, aunque he dormido poco, pues estoy muy feliz. Esta semana he tenido que mantener el balance entre la atención de los niños, la casa granja y el emprendimiento de quesos de cabra, más el de repostería. Algunos me dicen, Clau, ¿cómo haces? Siempre he dicho que cuando se quiere, ¡se puede!
El sábado pasado recibí el llamado del restaurante el Remo, para que los apoyara con postres, específicamente con mis profiteroles, para mí fue un placer. La primera entrega la hice el día Domingo de Ramos, 21 de marzo al mediodía seguidamente a las 4 de la tarde me llaman para avisarme que ya se habían agotado los profiteroles y que había sido todo un éxito 🙌
Durante toda la semana he trabajado con ellos, estoy encantada, el personal es excelente 👌 son muy amables y responsables y te hacen sentir en familia.
Cuando vengas a la Isla de Margarita, no te puedes perder visitar el restaurante el Remo, está ubicado en la avenida 4 de mayo de Porlamar con más de 20 años de tradición y excelente comida, es icono en nuestro Estado, la comida es DI-VI- NA con gran variedad, su especialidad la comida caribeña, paella, fideuá, pescados, mariscos, comida mediterránea, Española, Venezolana... Lo amarás y seguramente disfrutarás mis profiteroles allí. ¡No te los puedes perder! 🤗

It was quite a busy week here, because Margarita Island is part of one of the favorite tourist sites in Venezuela, with its crystal clear beaches, white sand and blue sky makes it irresistible. A great number of tourists have arrived, the island is bursting at the seams!
Fortunately, my dessert business has been quite active. Thank God, it has been a very productive week and, although I have slept very little, I am very happy. This week I have had to maintain a balance between taking care of the kids, the farm house and the goat cheese and pastry venture. Some people say to me, Clau, how do you do it? I have always said that when you want to, you can!
Last Saturday I received the call from the restaurant El Remo, to support them with desserts, specifically with my profiteroles, for me it was a pleasure. I made the first delivery on Palm Sunday, March 21 at noon and then at 4 pm they called me to let me know that the profiteroles were already sold out and that it had been a success 🙌.
During the whole week I have worked with them, I am delighted, the staff is excellent 👌 they are very friendly and responsible and make you feel like family.When you come to Margarita Island, you can't miss visiting the restaurant el Remo,is located on 4 de mayo avenue in Porlamar with more than 20 years of tradition and excellent food, it is an icon in our State, the food is DI-VI- NA with great variety, its specialty is Caribbean food, paella, fideuá, fish, seafood, Mediterranean food, Spanish, Venezuelan.... You will love it and surely enjoy my profiteroles there. you can't miss them! 🤗
