Today, we tried Pansit Batil Patong at Romeo's located at Antipolo Rizal. This pancit is quite unsual compared to what we normally eat. This pancit has bean sprouts, carabao meat, egg and a sauce. The server said that this pancit originated from Tuguegarao, Philippines. I don't how to decribe the taste but it's good. Have you tried this dish?
