Ciao, beautiful Hive Foodies!

Just wanted to share this most delizioso dish, which I'm enjoying here in Italy...

Local, fresh and wholesome: mozzarèlla, tomatoes, olive oil and basil and oregano from the garden... a just-crushed pinch of sea salt... mixed and eaten immediately!

I adore the simplest meals, like this. Such alchemy if flacours all enhancing each other.... mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
