We are so very busy, and tired, and trying to pace ourselves through all our priorities - whilst weather changes most rapidly, around us...
In the meantime, I'm sooooooo enjoying my sewing!!! This is a dress made from one old, oversized frock that I bought recently on the €1 stall - plus a pair of very ripped oriental-pattern cotton trousers that I've had for maaaany years.
The main shape of the dress is formed, but now I have to neaten it all; get it to a more refined and fitted shape.
The next part I'll use the smocking-ed neckline from the original pink dress, and make simple, rippled sleeves.
This'll give the finished piece a more funky look.
I'll have a more comprehensive post when it is fnished! For now, me and My Beloved 
@vincentnijman need a wee siesta - before we get into more hardcore homesteading!
