上周才来青秀山拉练，这周又参加了单位组织的活动，一大早就起来洗漱，擦了防晒就狂奔到单位搭前往目的地的车。 之前刷抖音刷到说防晒要涂够，不然容易防晒不到位。至少要涂一枚硬币大小的量，我光顾着面积没注意体积 挤了好多出来，发现我的脸根本没有那么大可以涂这么多防晒霜。然后粉扑就吸了好多，剩下的擦了脖子和手背。

突然好想吃椰子肉，想吃那种老椰子里面的椰子肉。之前帅哥在路边买过一个青椰子，开椰蛋是十块，不开是6块，我俩一起买了一个开椰蛋的。那个肉比较薄也不入味。 又过了好久，我就突发奇想想在网上买，然后就点进了抖音，搜索了老椰子，椰皇，之类的词，后来就随便选了一家店，十多钱两个，跟之前在云南的时候线下买的一个价，我就毫不犹豫下单了。

In my area, we call this a tomato. This is straight from my own garden, very fresh to cook in clear vegetable soup, ehhhsss so delicious. Especially since I like tomato sambal, it's so tasty.
