So, here are two little videos explaining how good tension can actually relieve tension! Of course, I'm talking about good knotting tension relieving emotional tension, and creating good, neat stitches :)

I have found knitting so cathartic! I actually can't believe how far I've come. I ran out of yarn yesterday, even after tying all the extra loose bits on, so I went out to buy another ball. I think this should be enough for me to finish this scarf/ shawl/ blanket thing I am making.

Here's how I tied the yarn together. I'll snip off loose ends at a later stage to make sure it looks neat.

But look at how it's grown! It's definitely taking shape and has got to the point where it's actually keeping me warm as I knit :)
