My son called this the weirdest popsicle you've ever seen. I made a "monggo ice buko" or red mung beans and young coconut popsicles, and unfortunately, I couldn't find any popsicle sticks in the store we visited, so I bought this wooden fork instead. It looks weird, but the taste turned out well. Another treat to beat the heat of summer
Here's what it looks like after freezing overnight and being taken out of the molder. My son finished two of them in one sitting. The frozen beans added crunch and flavor to the popsicle. Should I post the whole recipe or not? I'll think about it. I have four food blogs on draft that are still waiting for me to have enough time to finish them all.
